The Labour Court rejected Charles Nyando’s appeal against the Equality Officer’s decision on his age and race discrimination complaint against the Medical Laboratory Scientists Association. The Court dated its determination 30 May 2016. The Court found that Nyando had established no facts from which it could infer discrimination on either ground. His appeal failed, and the Equality Officer’s decision stood.
