The Labour Court affirmed the Equality Officer’s decision that Jonas Narauskas’s complaint against Rock Road Stone Company Limited was not well founded. The determination was signed on 6 January 2014. The Equality Officer had found that the company transferred Narauskas with its business to another company on 29 January 2010, before he submitted his complaint on 13 July 2010. The Labour Court said unappealed Rights Commissioner decisions in related cases had made the same finding. Narauskas’s solicitor agreed that the Court could not make a different finding on that issue.
