The Labour Court ordered Team Obair Limited to pay Wiktor Glogiewicz €750 for three annual-leave infringements, varying the adjudication officer’s €805.20 award. The Court signed its determination on 15 August 2017. Glogiewicz, a warehouse operative, appealed after receiving the earlier award for leave outstanding in the 2015–16 leave year. The Court found that Team Obair had also failed to provide an unbroken two-week period of annual leave and to pay him in advance for leave. It found all three complaints well founded.
