The Labour Court affirmed adjudication officer decisions in Pawel Zadruzny’s appeal over holiday pay, leaving the awards unchanged. The determination was signed on 24 July 2017. The Court affirmed the €200 award for annual leave not paid in advance, finding that G4S Secure Solutions (Ireland) Ltd had infringed Zadruzny’s rights. It also affirmed the decisions on holiday-pay calculations, including the inclusion of Sunday premium and other payments in normal weekly pay.
