The Labour Court ordered Michael O’ Malley, Kay O’ Malley and John O’Malley, trading as Lough Conn Milling Company, to pay Tommy Leonard €1,327.60 under an unappealed Rights Commissioner decision. The determination was signed on 5 July 2016. Leonard had complained that his former employer had not implemented decision r-157261-wt-15. The Court found the decision had not been carried out and ordered payment in accordance with it.
