The Labour Court ordered Coffee Scene to pay Agnieszka Cajdler €1,500 after finding the employer had not implemented a Rights Commissioner decision. The Court’s determination was signed on 29 September 2015. Cajdler complained that Coffee Scene had failed to carry out the earlier decision under the Organisation of Working Time Act 1997. The Court found no appeal had been brought within the time limit and directed payment in accordance with that decision.
