The Labour Court determined that Ra Royal Trading Group Ltd T/A New Yaadgar must pay former employee Jurgita Toleikiene €742.43 under a Rights Commissioner decision the employer had not carried out. The determination was signed on 12 August 2015. Toleikiene complained under section 28(8) of the Organisation of Working Time Act 1997. The Court noted that no appeal against the Rights Commissioner decision had been brought within the time limit.
