The Labour Court directed Jerzy Kruszynski, trading as Pimp My Car, to pay Dawid Kowalczyk €2,900 after finding that the employer had not carried out a Rights Commissioner’s decision. The determination was dated 25 June 2015. Kowalczyk referred the case to the Court after the decision was not implemented and no appeal had been brought within the time limit.
