The Labour Court determined that Montague Lane Investments Ltd T/A Credo Pizza must pay Mateusz Szczpara €1,200 after it failed to carry out a Rights Commissioner’s decision. The determination was signed on 6 March 2015. Szczpara complained under section 28(8) of the Organisation of Working Time Act, 1997, that the decision had not been implemented. No appeal against the Rights Commissioner’s decision had been brought within the time limit.
