The Labour Court ordered Limerick Strand Hotel to pay Jaroslaw Golinski €250 after finding the hotel had not carried out a Rights Commissioner decision. The determination was dated 16 January 2014. Golinski complained under section 28(8) of the Organisation of Working Time Act 1997 that the decision had not been implemented. No appeal had been brought within the time limit.
