The Labour Court determined that Mary Caviston pay Victor Evans €2,500 under an earlier Rights Commissioner decision that had not been carried out. The determination was signed on 9 May 2014. Evans had complained under section 28(8) of the Organisation of Working Time Act, 1997, that Caviston failed to implement the decision. No appeal against that decision had been brought within the time limit.
