The Labour Court determined that Eurotech Signs Limited must pay Patricia Kelly €2,500 after it failed to implement an earlier Rights Commissioner decision. The determination was signed on 3 March 2014. Kelly had complained under the Organisation of Working Time Act that the decision had not been carried out. The Court found that the employer had not implemented it and that no appeal had been brought within the time limit.
