The Labour Court directed Athenry Family Restaurant Ltd to pay Ms Edyte Sikore €11,000 after finding it had not implemented a Rights Commissioner decision. The determination was signed on 5 July 2013. Ms Sikore complained under section 28(8) of the Organisation of Working Time Act, 1997, that the earlier decision had not been carried out. It had not been appealed within the time limit, and the Court directed the employer to pay the amount set out in that decision.
