The Labour Court ordered Espero Inns Limited T/A Molloys Pub to pay Saulius Stapulionis €1,500 after finding that it had not implemented a Rights Commissioner’s decision. The determination was signed on 21 June 2013. Stapulionis referred the case to the Court under section 28(8) of the Organisation of Working Time Act, 1997. The Rights Commissioner’s decision had not been appealed within the time limit.
