The Labour Court directed Jamie Quiney Trading As Eco Warmer Homes to pay Mark Cranley €3,000 after finding the employer had not carried out a Rights Commissioner decision and no appeal had been brought within the time limit. The determination was signed on 11 January 2013. Cranley referred a complaint under section 28(8) of the Organisation of Working Time Act 1997, which allows a complaint that a Rights Commissioner decision has not been implemented. The Labour Court ordered payment in accordance with that decision.
