The Labour Court determined that Paul Mahon, trading as Sweet Shop, must pay Agnieska Korczynska €1,500 in accordance with a Rights Commissioner’s decision. The determination was signed on 24 April 2013. Korczynska brought the case under the Organisation of Working Time Act 1997, saying Mahon had not implemented the earlier decision. The Court said it had not been carried out and no appeal had been brought within the time limit.
