The Labour Court directed Patricia Dee, trading as Partree Guest House, to pay Dariusz Pluciennik €10,000 after finding that she had not implemented a Rights Commissioner decision. The determination was dated 16 April 2013.
Pluciennik complained under section 28(8) of the Organisation of Working Time Act 1997 that the earlier decision had not been carried out. The Court recorded that the decision remained unimplemented and that no appeal had been brought within the time limit. It determined that Dee must pay Pluciennik €10,000 in accordance with the Rights Commissioner decision.
