The Labour Court rejected Stephen Miley’s appeal over annual leave, affirming the Rights Commissioner’s decision against him. The Court found that five days’ leave had been paid when his employment ended and that no entitlement remained outstanding for the claim period. The decision was dated 3 December 2013. Miley had claimed that his former employer, Uci Premier Productions Ltd T/A Odeon Ireland, failed to grant his full annual leave entitlement. Meal breaks and excessive hours were not claims before the Court.
