The Labour Court directed Mr Aurelio Mizzoni, trading as Mizzoni Pizza and Pasta Company, to pay Mr Daniel Bambo €1,000 after finding that an earlier Rights Commissioner decision had not been implemented. The determination was signed on 18 November 2013 under section 28(8) of the Organisation of Working Time Act 1997. The Court said the earlier decision had not been carried out and no appeal had been brought within the time limit. It directed payment in accordance with that decision.
