The Labour Court ordered Laurel Enterprises Limited T/A Centra to pay Celina Jakubiak €100 under an earlier Rights Commissioner decision it had not implemented. The determination was signed on 13 November 2013. Jakubiak referred the matter under section 28(8) of the Organisation of Working Time Act 1997. No appeal had been brought against the earlier decision within the time limit.
