The Labour Court ordered Nurendale Ltd to pay Mr Ainars Lucens €1,500 after finding his complaint about notice of working hours well founded. The determination was dated 4 September 2013. The Court found it had no jurisdiction over his complaints about rest periods under sections 11 and 12 of the Organisation of Working Time Act. It also found his section 26 complaint about penalisation not well founded. The appeal was not allowed.
