The Labour Court determined that Stanislaw Jan Mazanek must pay his former employee, Angelika Sarota, €10,750 under a Rights Commissioner’s decision he had not implemented. The determination was dated 17 July 2012.
Sarota brought the complaint under section 28(8) of the Organisation of Working Time Act, 1997, concerning Rights Commissioner decision r-106142-wt-11/SR. The Labour Court found the decision had not been carried out and no appeal had been brought within the time limit.
The Court determined that Mazanek pay Sarota €10,750 in accordance with the Rights Commissioner’s decision.
