The Labour Court ordered Stanislaw Jan Mazanek to pay Patrycja Kubiak €11,400 after finding he had not implemented an earlier Rights Commissioner decision. The determination was signed on 27 June 2012.
Kubiak had complained that Mazanek had not carried out decision R-106152-WT-11/SR. The Court found the decision remained unpaid and that no appeal had been brought within the time limit. It directed Mazanek to pay the amount due under that decision.
