The Labour Court directed Virginijus Svirskas to pay worker Remigijus Zukauskas €3,000 under an unappealed Rights Commissioner decision. The determination was signed on 26 June 2012. Zukauskas brought the matter under section 28(8) of the Organisation of Working Time Act 1997, saying the earlier decision had not been implemented. The Court said the decision remained unpaid and no appeal had been brought within the time limit, and directed Svirskas to pay the amount in accordance with it.
