The Labour Court disallowed Helgian Limited T/A Supervalu Santry’s appeal and affirmed a €60 holiday pay award to Joanna Nofal. The determination was signed on 25 June 2012. The company accepted Ms Nofal had unpaid annual leave when her employment ended, but said the money had been withheld because of other matters. The Court found the company had no entitlement to withhold the holiday pay and directed it to pay the €60 award.
