The Labour Court directed Mr Ivor Doherty, trading as Leinster Tiling, to pay Mr Igor Jurka €2,730 after finding a Rights Commissioner's decision had not been carried out. The determination was signed on 9 March 2012. Jurka brought the matter under section 28(8) of the Organisation of Working Time Act 1997. The Court found the earlier decision had not been implemented and no appeal had been brought within the time limit. It directed Doherty to pay the amount set out in the Rights Commissioner's decision.
