The Labour Court directed Conroy Security Ltd T/A J8I Security to pay former employee Saleh Eldin Ali El Hage €500 under a Rights Commissioner’s decision it had not implemented. The determination was signed on 29 February 2012. El Hage complained under section 28(8) of the Organisation of Working Time Act 1997 that the earlier decision had not been carried out. The Court found it had not been implemented and had not been appealed within the time limit. The €500 payment implements that decision.
