The Labour Court disallowed Dariusz Mozolowicz’s appeal against Sky Handling Partners Ltd on 28 February 2012, finding his rest-period complaint not well founded. Mozolowicz said he did not receive an 11-hour break between shifts on 28–29 July and 1–2 August 2010 while working at Dublin Airport. Airport-service workers were exempt from the ordinary 11-hour rest requirement but had to receive equivalent compensatory rest. The Court found that he received this rest at the first available opportunity.
