The Labour Court determined on 16 January 2012 that Acol Limited must pay Darius Ridikas €200 under a Rights Commissioner’s decision it had not implemented. Ridikas brought the complaint under Section 28(8) of the Organisation of Working Time Act 1997. No appeal had been brought against the Rights Commissioner’s decision within the time limit.
