The Labour Court directed Steve Lynch T/A Printbase to pay Pawel Zdrenka €92.24 after finding that a Rights Commissioner decision had not been implemented. The determination was signed on 30 January 2012. Zdrenka complained under the Organisation of Working Time Act that his former employer had not carried out the decision. It had not been appealed within the time limit, and the Court directed payment in accordance with it.
