The Labour Court determined that Mc Laughlin Security Ltd T/A Mc Security must pay Dariusz Terefenko €2,000 after the company failed to carry out a Rights Commissioner’s decision. The determination was signed on 19 July 2011. Terefenko referred the matter to the Court under section 28(8) of the Organisation of Working Time Act 1997. The Court said the earlier decision had not been carried out and no appeal had been brought within the time limit.
