The Labour Court determined that Sylvester Keane, trading as Riverview Hotel, must pay Marija Timiene €1,120 under a Rights Commissioner’s decision he had not implemented. The determination was signed on 31 May 2011. Timiene referred a complaint under section 28(8) of the Organisation of Working Time Act 1997 on 22 February 2011. The Court noted that the earlier decision had not been appealed within the time limit.
