The Labour Court varied a €7,500 annual-leave award to €3,000 after finding Noel O' Driscoll was owed four weeks' paid leave. The determination was signed on 30 May 2011. Tithe Saoire Chleire Teo had appealed the Rights Commissioner's decision. The Court found O' Driscoll worked enough hours to qualify for four weeks' leave, but there was no evidence he received that leave or pay specifically for holidays. It found his complaint well founded and varied the compensation to €3,000.
