The Labour Court directed Stresslite Tanks Limited to pay Algirdas Daukintis €1,000 after finding that a Rights Commissioner decision had not been carried out. The determination was signed on 30 November 2011. Daukintis complained under section 28(8) of the Organisation of Working Time Act 1997 that his former employer had not implemented the decision.
