The Labour Court directed HSE West to pay Ita Heffernan €500 after finding that it had not implemented a Rights Commissioner’s decision. The determination was dated 26 September 2011.
Heffernan, represented by the Services Industrial Professional Technical Union, had complained that HSE West failed to carry out the earlier decision. The Court noted that the decision had not been appealed within the time limit and directed payment in accordance with it.
