The Labour Court rejected Krasimir Bankov’s appeal over public-holiday pay for 5 April and 3 May 2010. The determination was dated 5 September 2011. Bankov said Oltec Group Trading Limited owed him 7.5 hours’ pay for each holiday. Oltec did not attend the hearing but submitted a statement and payslips. The Court found Bankov had received one fifth of his normal weekly hours for each day—5.88 hours for 5 April and 2.76 hours for 3 May—and that Oltec had met its obligations. The appeal failed.
