The Labour Court directed Durkan Groundswork Limited to pay Arkadiusz Kostrzanowski €6,300 after finding that it had not implemented a Rights Commissioner’s decision. The determination was signed on 15 February 2010. Kostrzanowski complained under the Organisation of Working Time Act 1997 that his former employer had failed to carry out the decision. No appeal had been brought against it within the time limit.
