The Labour Court directed Stresslite Tanks Limited to pay Remigijus Kontrimas €2,000 after finding that a Rights Commissioner’s decision had not been implemented. The determination was signed on 15 February 2010. Kontrimas complained under the Organisation of Working Time Act 1997 that his former employer had failed to carry out the decision. No appeal had been brought against it within the time limit.
