The Labour Court varied Mr Tudor Frumosa's holiday-pay award from €250 to €336 on his appeal. The determination was signed on 21 August 2010. Frumosa said he had been underpaid for 10 days of annual leave and four public holidays. The Court accepted €336 as the value of the holiday underpayment but declined to add general compensation. Sean McCabe T/A Roofcraft did not appeal a separate Rights Commissioner's finding that Frumosa was underpaid €2.97 an hour under the construction industry Registered Employment Agreement.
