The Labour Court determined that David Grant T/A The Celtic Inn must pay Ilmars Kalnins €12,000 under a Rights Commissioner’s decision that had not been implemented. The determination was signed on 9 August 2010.
Kalnins complained that his former employer had not carried out the decision. The Court noted that no appeal had been brought against it within the time limit.
