The Labour Court dismissed M-Orzet Limited’s appeal and affirmed the Rights Commissioner’s €8,000 award to Anna Totsjonaja for complaints about rest breaks, working hours and annual leave. The determination was signed on 27 October 2009.
The employer failed to attend the Labour Court hearing and provided no evidence in support of its appeal.
