The Labour Court determined that MCR Personnel Limited must pay Zdzislaw Stopyra €5,000 under a Rights Commissioner’s decision that the employer had not carried out. The determination was signed on 9 October 2009. Stopyra’s complaint under section 28(8) of the Organisation of Working Time Act 1997 concerned the failure to implement the earlier decision. No appeal had been brought against that decision within the required time limit.
