Labour Court ·

The Labour Court upheld the Rights Commissioner’s decision rejecting Igor Bunyakevych’s three working-time complaints against Smart Scaffolding Limited. Its determination was dated 25 November 2008. The Court found that Bunyakevych received the required breaks during his usual working hours, and that his records showed an average 43.56 hours a week, below the 48-hour limit. It also found that the evidence did not establish a breach of the rule on notice of additional hours.
