The Labour Court determined that Ray Haines & Seamus Dooley T/A Home Insulation System's must pay Niall Cunningham €1,400 after failing to carry out a Rights Commissioner decision. The Court signed its determination on 11 May 2007. Cunningham brought the case under section 28(8) of the Organisation of Working Time Act 1997. No appeal against the original decision had been brought within the time limit.
