The Labour Court determined that Owen Molloy Trading As Owen Molloy Painting & Decorating Contractors must pay Edward O’Callaghan €800 under a Rights Commissioner decision the employer had not implemented. The determination was dated 31 March 2007. O’Callaghan complained under section 28(8) of the Organisation of Working Time Act 1997. The Court noted that no appeal had been brought against the earlier decision within the time limit.
