The Labour Court upheld a €630 award to driver James Murray after Ballybofey Oil Company Limited appealed a Rights Commissioner decision. The determination was signed on 29 March 2007. Murray said he had worked on days the company counted as paid annual leave. The company said he had taken those days off and relied on delivery dockets, but accepted it kept no annual leave records beyond those dockets. The Court found the dockets showed when Murray worked, not when he was off or why, and that the company had not proved it complied with the law. It found the original award adequate.
