The Labour Court awarded Anna-Marie Flanagan an additional €3.15 in holiday pay and varied the Rights Commissioner’s decision on her appeal against O'Briens Irish Sandwich Bar. The determination was dated 24 May 2006. The dispute concerned pay for a day on which Flanagan said she worked 2⅔ hours. The Court found she should have been paid for the full day, making her annual leave entitlement €4.48 less what had already been paid. The Rights Commissioner had awarded her €1.33.
