The Labour Court directed Grab & Go Ltd to pay Anna Marie Flanagan €178.04 under a Rights Commissioner’s decision the company had not implemented. The determination was signed on 9 September 2005. Flanagan complained under section 28(8) of the Organisation of Working Time Act 1997 that her former employer had failed to carry out the earlier decision. The Court found it remained unpaid and that no appeal had been brought within the time limit. It determined that the company must pay the amount due under that decision.
