The Labour Court upheld a €84.84 award to a worker for annual leave and October 2003 public holiday pay, rejecting Zevas Communications’ appeal. The Court dated its determination 23 June 2005. Zevas said the worker had been paid in full; he said he had not received the entitlements. The Court found Zevas had not kept adequate records or proved it complied with the law. It could not hear Zevas’ appeal against compensation under the Terms of Employment (Information) Act; appeals under that Act go to the Employment Appeals Tribunal.
