In 2003, the Labour Court directed Savanne Limited to pay Brendan McGrenra €2,210 in holiday pay after finding the company had not carried out a Rights Commissioner decision. The determination was signed on 8 July 2003. McGrenra had complained that his former employer failed to implement the Rights Commissioner's decision, issued on 25 March 2003. No appeal against that decision had been brought within the time limit.
